In this program, we explored the latest emerging commerce and social media technologies, helping to understand and embrace current disruptive innovations in marketing. We gained insight into today’s greatest marketing challenges: how to offer a cohesive experience both online and offline, and how to create content that authentically engages customers.
Additionally, I had the opportunity to interact with Wharton’s top marketing faculty, as well as expert, world-class marketing practitioners who shared their expertise and real-world experience. This Wharton’s program gave me tools to implement right away into actionable strategies.

In the Digital Acceleration program they covered the key elements of digital communications, we learned about the networked society, and understand the implications on business, customer growth, and tools & tactics for change.
The class was designed for a broad range of professionals who used communications as a tool for engaging with customers, clients, and building relationships: account managers, copywriters, creative directors, brand/communications/marketing managers, heads of digital/sales/strategy.

Focused on brand building, marketing campaign planning and analysis, and engaging target audiences through every modern media channel available. Mastered essential analytical, critical-thinking, communication and decision-making skills. Developed critical skills in brand management, customer loyalty, audience engagement through diverse media and comprehensive marketing plans.
We were exposed to foundational expertise and deep dives in topics including market research, product management, digital marketing, customer insights, and sales management.

Acquired the knowledge base that helped me understand how technology can improve the performance of a business or radically change it. I also obtained methodologies required to develop a digital transformation process.

Having studied Information Technology gave me all the necessary digital criteria to later complement it with Marketing and get the best of both worlds. In the last years of my career I specialized in telecommunications.
