My journey is marked by a rich academic background, including a Master in Marketing and Digital Transformation from INCAE (Costa Rica), a Master in Marketing Direction at ENAE Business School (Spain), a Master in eCommerce from Galileo University (Guatemala), and Artificial Intelligence programmes at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and Cornell University.
Additionally, I have pursued specialization studies in digital marketing at Harvard Extension School and Wharton Executive Education, digital innovation studies at Hyper Island, and eSports Management studies at UCI.
My career is distinguished by a series of accomplishments, such as winning 13 Effie Awards, securing the title of Most Effective Brand for three consecutive years, pioneering a Facebook Case Study, leading a Brandwatch Case Study for Central America and the Caribbean, and securing the first TikTok success case in Central America, which was also the third successful case for a telco in the continent.
